From 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and closed days)

When making inquiries, please specify the venue and date of your request. Please note that we are unable to respond to availability for multiple days, a wide range of unspecified periods, reservation information for other groups, and reservation confirmation (confirmation) status. Payment

Charges for attached equipment and other charges will be paid after use. Please pay by cash or bank transfer by the payment deadline indicated on the invoice.

* For cash, please pay at the conference hall.
* In case of transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Usage rules

About cancellation of approval of use, etc.

If any of the following applies, or if you find that there is an obstacle to the management of the conference hall, you may be asked to cancel the usage approval, change the content or conditions of the approval, or leave the meeting hall. The usage fee you paid will not be refunded.

      • When you violate the rules based on the regulations or ordinances

About use of entrance halls and foyer
